Photoshop - The Workflow Process

Antony Dimmock demonstrated his workflow process in Photoshop  -  taking a raw image from your computer to printer. He talked about the method used by photographer Guy Gowan. The Gowan actions are basically a set of presets which are designed for mass editing. A very difficult subject to explain unless you are familiar with Photoshop. It was interesting to see the difference in the print output, comparing Photoshop, (Lightroom or Elements) managing the colour management, as opposed to the printer. For those interested or curious, check out Guy Gowan’s website for more information on his editing processes. I just watched one of his video on recovery in Lightroom and found it very interesting. The videos run for around 1 hour. Thank you to Antony for his work in preparing the workshop presentation. (Rob Field)
